I was in Lyon for a Mass Spectrometry conference which meant standing whole day, talking, doing demos for our company.
Before all this starts though, I went our running, before breakfast, just as it was light enough to see where I am going.
Nice run through the park and over the Rhone river. I was a bit jet lagged, so I did not push it real hard.
